Log Files

3RINGS follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analysing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Like any other website, 3RINGS uses 'cookies'. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimise the users' experience by customising our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

You have signed a contract to be represented by the agency and have thus supplied us with media and information to support our promotion of you as an artist
You have contacted us with an enquiry regarding potential work and have provided the subsequent information to enable communication with the agency for us to fulfil and act upon your enquiry

We use the information that you have given us in order to promote the artists signed to 3RINGS as well as to coordinate business operations between client and talent in order to fulfil work based expectations based upon a pre-determined contract signed by the client and the talent in question.

We may share this information between 3RINGS Talent and the client in order to deliver our service and efficiently coordinate business operations to fulfil work based expectations based upon a pre-determined contract signed by the client and the talent in question.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your personal information

All information held by 3RINGS is stored in password protected databases, only accessible by employees of 3RINGS. This data is held on file for the duration of a contractual obligation and will be deleted at most 30 days after there is no longer a legal requirement to hold the data.

Contact names and email address may be held within our designated mail out software indefinitely however can be opted out of at any time, consequently deleting the data stored by using the opt out button located at the bottom of any of our email campaigns.

All information processed by 3RINGS is stored digitally, therefore any identifiable information which is deleted will be erased from our systems leaving behind no record or paper based trail.

In the circumstance that any paper based information has been stored on you it will be destroyed via cross-shredding on site.

Children's Information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

3RINGS does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
